It's looking like the Ranchero has a Maverick-size 4.5' bed. Mini-truck. The images look like Long Beach so that may be the same one we saw during the EVDC tour a few weeks ago.

When I was touring the skunkworks, Ford indicated the production of about 100 prototypes. Those will probably be mostly test mules for crash tests, efficiency tests, general drive testing, etc.

That's all I have is an unconfirmed inside source indicating a release event and the build and price tool will come in January.

True but that same air flow helps cool the battery when it's hot. Hopefully the new platform will have open/close vents for this.

Ford calls this a mid-size but it looks a lot more like a Maverick than a Ranger.

Considering the issues Ford has had with software in the Mach E and Lightning, I'm not sure all of these promises will ever see the light of day.
